A Little About Me

A high-tier athlete in his youth, Jonathan has always had a deep passion for sports, performance environments, and their power to impact lives and communities in meaningful ways. He holds a graduate certification in Sport and Performance Psychology and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). Jonathan has worked in the field of Sport and Performance Psychology for the past eight years and has 28 years of experience in Mental Health. His strengths lie in his extensive knowledge and expertise in mental skills training, combined with a unique storytelling approach that makes concepts practical and relatable to people’s everyday life experiences.

• Pursuing qualification as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Sport and Performance Psychology Graduate Certification, Western States University.

• Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) – Canadian Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (CAMFT)

• Psychotherapist/Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) – Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA)

• Counselling Therapist – Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA)
